This image is meant to highlight the desperation of those working for low wages or through the generosity of others. Oftentimes, the judgement on these individuals is so harsh that it is almost demanded that they fulfill their function regardless of personal safety or reward. It is this disconnect between the haves and have nots- the blatant inequality of opportunity- that I want to highlight with this work.
